What You Will Do
Manage one or more service projects from initiation to completion
Liaise with all relevant departments to meet technical, commercial, and quality objectives
Communicate directly with clients on technical matters with support from the Engineering Group where needed
Maintain accurate project documentation including PO schedules and cost records
Ensure engineering compliance and project quality through all phases
Handle variation quotations and coordinate with Sales for customer relations
Oversee timely invoicing, progress tracking, and resource coordination
Support quoting, testing, commissioning, and customer visits as required
Deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Maximise project margins and minimise rework
Achieve customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships
Drive continual improvement in project delivery and outcomes
What We Look For
Essential
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering
Good standard of English and Maths
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Nitro PDF
Professional and courteous telephone manner
Desirable:
Degree in Engineering or in Control, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
