Were looking for a proactive Service & After Sales Manager to lead a technical service team from our head office in Street. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a busy service department, manage engineers, and drive commercial performance in a technically demanding environment. What youll do:Lead and coordinate the Service & Validation team, managing daily operations and engineer schedules.Oversee service enquiries, quotations, order processing, and ensure timely invoicing.Maintain high technical standards and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 testing procedures.Support commissioning and validation projects across various sectors.Develop service contracts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.What were looking for:Strong organisational and leadership skills.Experience managing technical service engineers in engineering, HVAC, laboratory, or similar industries.Commercially aware, confident in quoting, scheduling, and coordinating field operations.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with independent decision-making.Knowledge of cleanrooms, controlled environments, or ISO 17025 accredited environments is a plus.Whats in it for you:Competitive salary with performance-related bonus.Pension scheme and private healthcare after probation.Training, professional development, and clear career progression.Work in a supportive, people-focused environment where your contribution matters.If youre ready to take the next step in your service management career, we want to hear from you!
