Service Delivery Partnerships Manager / Program Operations Lead who has a management qualification or equivalent relevant experience, Six Sigma and/or knowledge or continuous improvement methodology and a proven track record in leading and performance managing a multi-skilled / multi-disciplinary team, is required by Guide Dogs.

SALARY: £50,000 - £55,820 per annum + Excellent Benefits

LOCATION: Covering the South England region

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Service Delivery Partnerships Manager / Program Operations Leadwho has a management qualification or equivalent relevant experience, Six Sigma and/or knowledge or continuous improvement methodology and a proven track record in leading and performance managing a multi-skilled / multi-disciplinary team.

Working as the Service Delivery Partnerships Manager / Program Operations Lead you will lead the regional delivery of partnership training maintaining the organisation’s ethical and standardised approach to dog training and dog welfare.

As the Service Delivery Partnerships Manager / Program Operations Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the regional partnership teams to ensure high quality dog and client training from match ready to qualified, sustainable partnership.
