Service Co-ordinator (Temp to Perm) Locations: Tunbridge Wells Pay: Up to £14 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Start Date: March 2025 (Potentially earlier subject to clients requirements)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive experienced service co-ordinator to join our Client in Tunbridge Wells covering maternity leave on a temporary basis with the potential of the role going permanent for the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is an experienced service co-ordinator / scheduler to join my clients busy and expanding business and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule daily and weekly workloads for service engineers Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction at all times Work efficiently to ensure all appointments are booked within client requirements Proactively inform clients of any issues, delays, or updates Handle emergency call outs in line with the 24-hour response regulation Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate system records Prepare and issue customer invoices using Xero Manage engineers reports, distribute them to customers, and arrange any follow-up appointments as needed
