What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcoming customers and managing bookings for MOTs, servicing, and repairs
* Communicating clearly with both customers and workshop technicians
* Using computer systems to manage jobs, update records, and keep customers informed
* Helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a busy service environment
What You’ll Need:
* A valid UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
* Strong customer service experience
* Confident using computers and managing admin tasks
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Motor trade experience is a bonus, but not essential
