Greeting customers, managing bookings and scheduling service appointments
Interpreting customer concerns, providing accurate estimates for repairs and servicing
Liaising with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
Tracking vehicle progress throughout the workshop process
Ensuring high standards of customer service to promote satisfaction and loyalty
Communicating effectively with both customers and workshop team membersCandidate Requirements:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or automotive service environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of automotive systems, workshop processes, and service procedures
Professional manner with a customer-driven approach
Willingness to contribute positively to team success and dealership growth
