We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established

Mazda dealership

for a

Part-Time Aftersales Administrator / Service Advisor

to join their busy Aftersales team.

This role involves working closely with the workshop,

making and receiving service booking calls , handling customer enquiries and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This position would suit someone with

motor trade experience , a passion for cars, and a strong customer-focused approach. You must be confident using computer systems, able to switch quickly between platforms, and have a

professional and personable telephone manner .

Key Responsibilities: Booking vehicles into the workshop

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

Managing service and repair enquiries

Supporting the Aftersales and workshop team

Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Working Hours: Monday to Friday:

10:00am

4:00pm

Saturday mornings:

9:00am

12:30pm

(rota of 2 on 3 off)

Minimum

20 hours per week

Salary & Benefits: £19,000 basic salary

(pro rata)

OTE £20,200

for the right candidate

Part-time, permanent opportunity within a main dealership

Ideal Candidate: Previous motor trade experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confident IT and administrative ability

Team player with a positive, professional attitude
