The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers within the service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient aftersales experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing customer bookings for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
*
Providing clear explanations of work required and associated costs
*
Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure accurate job progress updates
*
Upselling service plans, repairs, and additional work where appropriate
*
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and CSI standards
*
Handling invoicing, payments, and service documentation
*
Resolving customer queries and concerns professionally
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer or independent garage
*
Strong customer service and communication skills
*
Confident upselling and commercial awareness
*
Well organised with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*
IT literate with experience using dealer management systems (preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence
