We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants, including those with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), to join a welcoming and supportive school in Tipton.

About the Role:

* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

* Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with SEN

* Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour

* Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

* Supporting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development

* Following safeguarding and school policies at all times

The Right Candidate Will:

* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or a similar relevant qualification)

* Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)

* Be patient, caring, and committed to supporting children’s learning

* Have strong communication and teamwork skills

* Be reliable, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom

* Have a genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
