Midlands principal build contractor are looking for a freelance Senior/Site Engineer for a 40 week duration for a new build distribution centre commencing end October. Reporting to the senior management team you role and responsibility will be to manage and supervise various subcontractor packages inc QA management for groundworks, steelframe, cladding, brickwork etc. Along with the Project/Site Managers you will also be responsible for assisting in any design changes during any client/subcontractor progress meetings, other duties will also include H&S management, material requisition as well as some elements of setting out.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as well as a proven track record working for principal build contractors delivering distribution/industrial units from inception through to completion
