All directors and managers have been promoted from within and there is a strong focus on organic stable growth as well as strong client partnerships with communities, face to face events and working closely with the events and marketing teams. The Role You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. Huge opportunity for a skilled recruiter to take their billing to the next level. This desk is perm, but would consider someone converting from contract in a relevant market. The company are also interested if you'd like to do a very senior market as they have an exec search division working retained as well.
