Have at least 36-months Technology recruitment experience
A Proven 360 Billings profile – Principal Consultants are expected to bill £250k+ (new business)
Someone who knows the London software engineering market inside out.
Someone who wants a seat at the table of an ambitious, profitable early-stage startup
Proven success within their niche and wants the opportunity for career growth whilst living a more flexible lifestyle
Resilient & disciplined to stay consistent every single day
Ambitious and self-motivated to be a future leader (biller or management)
Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
