OverviewAs a Senior/Lead Product Manager, you are responsible for shaping and leading client engagements. By building strong professional relationships, you gain their trust and guide them toward a valuable customer-focused outcome. Working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership, our internal design and engineering teams and our clients, you lead on defining and delivering product solutions, from early-stage research and market analysis through to development, delivery and iteration. Applying your understanding of product management methodologies and a consistent application of good practice, you lead by example to the rest of the product department, and ensure that we follow and embed best practice approaches within CreateFutures product management team.You may also be responsible for the well-being of one or more product managers. You will help them with their development by coaching them in client management techniques and supporting their application of product management.
