The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

Take ownership of a varied caseload of planning applications, appeals, and site promotion work *

Advise clients on planning strategies across a mix of urban regeneration and infill developments *

Prepare high-quality planning statements, design and access statements, and representations *

Work closely with architects, developers, local authorities, and legal teams *

Represent clients at meetings, committees, and public consultations *

Support junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives

About You

You should bring:

MRTPI qualification (or be very close to obtaining it) *

4+ years' experience in planning, ideally with London project exposure *

Excellent written and verbal communication skills *

Strong understanding of the London Plan and wider policy landscape *

Confident client-facing skills and a commercially aware mindset
