Working within our Network Sales Telesales Team, youll play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition across the SME market. Youll engage with prospects via phone and video, manage your own pipeline end-to-end, and convert opportunities of up to 75k shipments per year into long-term EVRi customers. This is a hands-on, high-energy sales role where your performance directly impacts business growth

Ryton-on-Dunsmore What Youll Be Doing As a Senior Telesales Executive, youll take full ownership of your sales performance, including: Building and maintaining a strong personal prospect pipeline to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets Generating your own leads and converting opportunities into new EVRi clients Meeting and exceeding all KPIs and productivity targets Managing all sales activity through the EVRi CRM system Onboarding new clients efficiently to hit projected go-live dates Ensuring customers fully understand EVRis customer service processes and self-serve tools Monitoring new client performance to ensure they trade to profile within 4 weeks of go-live Preparing clients for successful handover within 6 weeks of trading Resolving escalations and account queries with professionalism and pace Collaborating with local Operations teams to ensure service expectations are delivered from day one What Youll Bring To be successful in this role, youll need: Experience & Knowledge A minimum of 2 years experience exceeding targets in a telesales or outbound sales role Strong understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding Skills & Behaviours Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Highly organised, proactive and driven by results A natural problem-solver with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders Customer-focused, resilient and confident challenging where needed Why Join EVRi?
