Location: Hybrid, near Surrey, England (1 day/week onsite; full onsite during testing phases (2x for one week); travel to Madrid & Milan a possibility for a week)

Overview
A leading manufacturer of over-the-counter health and hygiene products is seeking a Project Manager to lead business user activities for Oracle Fusion Release across the UK, Italy, Spain, and Australia. You’ll coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, manage testing and cutover activities, and ensure readiness for the May 2026 go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business-side coordination for data conversion, MDM, data validation, testing, training, and cutover.
Partner with client PM, technical vendor PMs, and offshore teams to align activities with the milestone plan.
Manage CRP2 (Oct 2025) and SIT testing cycles, ensuring integrations, localizations (tax, 3PL), and environments are ready.
Oversee country-specific readiness and collaborate closely with regional leads, BPOs, and global technical teams.
Monitor project status, risks, and mitigation strategies; leverage lessons learned from Phase 1 rollout.
Support the transition from legacy systems to Oracle platforms, ensuring smooth adoption.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years’ project management experience with ERP or large-scale digital transformations.
Proven success managing global, multi-country projects and stakeholder groups.
Hands-on experience with testing coordination, training, and cutover in ERP environments.
Oracle Fusion/OIC knowledge a plus.
Experience in CPG, health & hygiene, 3PL, wholesale, or warehouse operations .
Strong organizational skills; able to meet aggressive timelines.
Bilingual or trilingual (English + Italian and/or Spanish) .
Additional Details
Start: ASAP to prepare for CRP2 in Sept 2025 and go-live May 1, 2026.
Travel: Some to Madrid and Milan.
Industry: Consumer packaged goods, particularly health/hygiene products.
