Senior Technical Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical relationships with retail customers and suppliers, ensuring product quality, compliance, and clear communication.
• Proactively manage quality issues and complaints, providing timely, practical recommendations and solutions.
• Oversee product specifications, technical documentation, and supplier compliance with customer standards.
• Support new product development and technical initiatives, from concept through launch, enhancing quality, consistency, and innovation.
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement, and product teams to align technical delivery with business strategy.
