What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Technical Building Consultant for NHBC, you will oversee the technical risk management of complex new build and conversion projects by conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing bespoke risk management plans tailored to each project’s needs.

You will manage review design checks, support site inspections, and provide expert technical advice to mitigate potential building failures. Drive business growth by promoting NHBC objectives, managing customer relationships, and resolving conflicts.
