In this role, you will provide high-quality systems and operational analysis to support the design, evaluation and assurance of advanced military aviation systems. Working as part of an embedded engineering team, you'll lead analysis activities, develop and validate software tools, support flight test programmes, and contribute expert insight to ensure safe, effective and future-focused capability development. Key Responsibilities Acting as a subject matter expert for mission and avionics systems Leading systems integration and flight test analysis activities Applying verification and validation techniques to support airworthiness and safety Defining, developing and supporting test plans and operational analysis Supervising and mentoring engineers within the analysis team Essential Experience Strong background in technical analysis and problem solving across the engineering lifecycle Proficiency in engineering software development (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++) Experience in systems engineering or aerospace engineering Experience working within safety-critical or regulated environments Ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline Eligibility or willingness to obtain UK Security Clearance We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds - if you can demonstrate the required experience and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
