This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor currently working within social housing or property services, or someone ready to step up into a broader leadership role.
In this role, you will:
Provide leadership support to the repairs management team and act as the technical lead as a Senior Surveyor Manage and mentor a team of Surveyors and trainee staff, supporting development and performance Oversee responsive repairs, voids, damp and mould, and disrepair-related works Act as the primary technical lead for disrepair cases, including inspections and coordination Manage contractor delivery, monitoring quality, costs, timescales, and KPIs Support the development of maintenance plans, budgets, and investment priorities Monitor compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM requirements, and ris...
