We’re partnering with a top-tier real estate firm to find a Business Rates expert (Retail-focused) ready to step up as a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director.

If you know your way around the CCA system, thrive under pressure, and can deliver sharp rating advice to high-profile clients—this one’s for you.


What you'll do:

✔ Manage CCA submissions (Checks, Challenges, Appeals)

✔ Advise on valuation & strategy

✔ Lead retail inspections & caseloads

✔ Build strong client relationships & spot new opportunities#


What you’ll bring:

✅ Proven business rates experience (retail focus)

✅ CCA expertise

✅ MRICS preferred

✅ Commercial property knowledge
