What You Need To Succeed

Proven experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects (15+ storeys preferred).

Strong technical expertise in structural design and analysis.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Tekla, ETABS, and Revit.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and mentor junior engineers.

Understanding of UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.

A passion for innovation and sustainable design practices.

Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred or working towards).

MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
