Senior Structural Engineer

Manchester City Centre

£45,000 - £55,000

A major nationwide multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with between 7-10 years' design experience to join their team in Manchester City Centre.

The company are a well-known and much revered practice with 14 offices with 700 employees across the UK and a large presence of almost 100 staff (all-disciplines) based in Manchester.

The Civil and Structural are 25 strong and you will be joining a cohort of 14 Structural Engineers of varying expertise with support at all levels. They're well-known for a great team ethic and a solid work/life balance and are looking for someone with 5-10 years' experience.

The right Senior Structural Engineer will have:

Experience of designing using the main structural materials

A track record of having worked on a variety of building structures projects

A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills

A strong background in software analysis and a high level of technical skills. Knowledge of Tekla Structural Designer would be beneficial

A current driving license and will be willing to travel to visit sites

Good knowledge of the Eurocode Standards.
