Located near Tower Bridge, Smiths of Wapping has become well known as one of London's best seafood restaurants and are recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join its established team; The Role: Youll help manage the full kitchen operation, supporting the Head Chef and Executive Chef with service, systems, stock, and team development - with plenty of room to contribute creatively.
