Their menu is a seasonal a la carte menu and they have an excellent kitchen which is fully equipped with all the latest equipment and the Head Chef has come from a 3AA Rosette background, they run the kitchen expertly and nurture the brigade and handles the kitchen in a calm and professional manner. Due to the level of this kitchen you will require a high level kitchen background working with food to at least a 1AA Rosette standard.
