Were recruiting for a Senior sous Chef who may be looking for a great work-life-balance role in central London. A modern brasserie is looking for an experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and take the lead on their days off. Youll be overseeing a busy restaurant and events space serving fresh, seasonal food so experience in both a la carte and events is important. You should be someone with solid kitchen management experience, confident leading a team and has a good head for numbers. You should be comfortable with stock control, rota planning, and keeping an eye on the GP. This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate chef who is ready to take that next step towards a Head Chef role within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Working 5 straight shifts, 42.5 hours a week - all overtime is paid
