A modern brasserie is looking for an experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and take the lead on their days off. Youll be overseeing a busy restaurant and events space serving fresh, seasonal food so experience in both a la carte and events is important. You should be someone with solid kitchen management experience, confident leading a team and has a good head for numbers. You should be comfortable with stock control, rota planning, and keeping an eye on the GP.
