£50,000 Straight shifts Work within a 1AA Rosette standard kitchen Opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head Chef Career progression within a growing, ambitious operation This is a key role within the brigade, supporting the Head Chef in driving standards and pushing the kitchen forward. You will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead the team while maintaining consistency and quality across all sections. We are looking for a strong Senior Sous Chef who can take ownership, lead from the front, and step up in the Head Chefs absence. This role would suit someone ambitious, organised, and passionate about delivering quality food in a fast-paced, professional environment. Duties: Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Lead and motivate the brigade, ensuring high standards are maintained Work across all sections, maintaining consistency and quality Assist with menu development and seasonal changes Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a respected kitchen and play a key role in its continued progression.
