A new opportunity has landed for an experienced UKG Pro WFM specialist to step into a high-impact Solution Architect role within a rapidly scaling workforce management practice.

The need is simple: Someone who knows UKG Pro WFM inside-out. Someone who can face off to clients, shape solutions, and help grow a delivery team. Someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

You’ll bring: Deep experience implementing UKG Pro WFM (Time, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.) Confidence working with stakeholders and running client-facing sessions A consultative mindset and the ability to design fit-for-purpose solutions Experience managing teams and mentoring junior consultants
