Senior Solution Architect (UKG Pro WFM) - UK (Remote) - >£115K + Bonus

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced UKG Pro WFM specialist to take on a high-impact Solution Architect role within a rapidly growing workforce management practice.

Key requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of UKG Pro WFM (Time, Scheduling, Accruals, etc.)
• Ability to engage with clients, design solutions, and contribute to team growth
• Proactive and results-oriented approach

• Locations: London or Reading; Bristol, Birmingham, and Manchester are also possible
• Hybrid working model: 2 days onsite
• Salary range: approximately £67K to £115K, depending on location and experience

• Proven experience implementing UKG Pro WFM modules
• Confidence in stakeholder engagement and client-facing sessions
• Consultative approach with the ability to craft tailored solutions
• Experience in team management and mentoring junior staff
