With a strong reputation for technical excellence and commercial insight, the firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment where ambitious lawyers can thrive.DescriptionYou will advise clients on a wide range of corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance and banking transactions.
