Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and implement missives, leases, options, and development agreements
• Examine title and report to clients, preparing certificates of title for real estate finance transactions
• Build and maintain strong client and agent relationships
• Mentor and support junior team members in technical development
• Manage workload efficiently, professionally, and cost‑effectively, including accurate time recording and prompt billing
• Contribute to the overall success of the Commercial Property division and business development initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• PQE 3+ years in commercial property
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
• Excellent communication skills – clear, concise, and jargon‑free
• Strong client focus, personable, and confident
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
