The Role:

We have multiple roles based across the North of England as well as remote working for Software Developers to work on a massive Digital data project which is due to kick off soon. The software developers will play a key role in researching and designing the new systems and software providing a combined way of working.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software products that make up services and contribute towards their design.
• You will be responsible for the operational stability of the products you build and be able to affect change in the on-going resilience of those products.
• You will work within, and contribute to, the overall Software Development Lifecycle Process and be focused on one or more products.
• Can build up a useful, robust automated test suite to support continuous integration.

With this we are also looking for a full-stack developer who will have expertise in all fields of software development and able to build a complete product. You must be proficient in backend technologies and databases whilst being able to produce frontends User interfaces.

Skills & Experience:

• Vast experience of working within a department/enterprise wide PMO
• Recent experience of Java (minimum version 8) and Springboot
• Understanding of developing on cloud-based environments like AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge and experience of APIs and Microservice Architectures.
