Job Description

Senior Full Stack Engineer (React, Typescript, Node, AWS)

HealthTech, up to £90k

London (once or twice per fortnight in office)

Troi Search are delighted to be partnering once again with this innovative & mission driven HealthTech client.

We’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys balancing hands-on coding with architectural thinking. You’ll build scalable, secure, cloud- products used in real clinical environments, and collaborate closely with product and design to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.

What you’ll do

Build and scale full-stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React Design reliable, observable systems running in the cloud (AWS) Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and zero-downtime deployments Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards Experiment with emerging tech like AI, computer vision, and advanced analytics

What we’re looking for

5+ years building SaaS or enterprise software Strong experience with React, Typescript, Node & AWS Technologies Solid cloud and DevOps knowledge Comfort working in data-sensitive or regulated environments A pragmatic mindset with a bias for delivery
