Astraseal is a well-established and respected organisation within the commercial fenestration sector, recognised for delivering high-quality window installation projects across the UK. We are seeking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee all site operations and ensure successful delivery of projects in line with programme requirements, client expectations, and company standards.

Role Overview The Senior Site Manager will hold overall responsibility for the management of site visits, ensuring installation are completed to programme, handed over to clients with highest levels of satisfaction, and fully compliant with all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities Direct and manage all site operations, including installation teams and sub-contractors Ensure all works are delivered to programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards Maintain compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements Monitor and report on progress, proactively addressing any issues to avoid delays Uphold client satisfaction by ensuring projects are handed over to the highest standards

Candidate Requirements Demonstrate experience in a Senior Site Management role within the construction or fenestration industry Requires strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams Must have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of installation processes, industry standards, and health & safety legislation Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to specification Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide SMSTS Qualification CSCS (Gold or Black) DBS Certificate
