Senior Site Manager - High Rise refurbishment

Location: Manchester City Centre We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver high-rise residential refurbishment schemes in Manchester city centre. This role will focus heavily on external envelope works, including cladding and facade remediation alongside critical fire safety upgrades. Key Responsibilities: Manage high-rise refurbishment projects from start to completion Oversee cladding/facade packages and external works Deliver fire remediation (FRA works) in line with current regulations Coordinate subcontractors and drive programme on site Ensure full compliance with Building Safety Act and gateway processes Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality Requirements: Proven experience on high-rise refurbishment projects Strong background in external cladding / facade systems Experience with FRA/ fire remediation works Knowledge of Building safety Act & gateway process Retrofit experience Background with main contractor or specialist facade contractors Tickets/Qualifications: SMSTS CSCS (Black/White Card) First Aid xehkeey Relevant construction qualification Whats on offer: Strong pipeline of secured work Long-term opportunity in Manchester Competitive salary/package (DOE) If you are interested in this position and would like to apply, please email a copy of your CV to Sean at Fawkes & Reece, using the contact details provided or you can give my mobile a call for further details on
