Location: Zon1, Zone 2 London
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + package

These roles suit managers who value structure, compliance, and quality-led construction , working within regulated environments where planning and coordination are critical.
Project Types
New hospital buildings and extensions (New Hospital Programme)
Healthcare hubs and treatment centres
Research and life sciences facilities
Projects range valuing from £5m - £30m (Framework)
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day site activities
Driving safety, quality, and compliance standards
Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades
Working closely with clinical stakeholders and consultants
Ideal Background
SM or CM experience with a main contractor
Experience in healthcare, education, or regulated environments
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes
Calm, methodical approach to delivery
