Senior Site Manager – Essex – Residential Location: Essex • Salary: £65,000 plus package Overview My client is a highly respected UK national residential developer specialising in new build developments within London and the Home Counties. Salary: £65,000 plus package Location: Essex Region: Essex Senior Site Manager – Essex – up to £65,000 plus package. My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a strong Senior Site Manager for their new flagship residential project in the Essex Region. The developments consist of luxury apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and 1-5 bedroom town houses and require a strong team to see the development through from the first phase onwards through to completion. Responsibilities Reporting to a Project Manager/Director, you will help oversee the development and will have Assistant/Site Managers reporting in to you.

Oversee the construction from inception through completion on a flagship residential project in Essex. Manage site operations, health and safety, and quality control to meet programme deadlines. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of 1-5 bedroom homes and luxury apartments. Lead and mentor Assistant/Site Managers to ensure best practice and career development.

Qualifications The ideal candidate must have experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of town houses and apartments from inception through completion.

Valid CSCS Black Card (Desirable) SMSTS First aid A member of CIOB is desirable but not essential
