About the role: Reporting to the Security Systems Manager, the Senior Security Systems Engineerwill play a key role in maintaining, fault finding, optimising, and upgrading the wider Drax security systems infrastructure. This includes ensuring the effective operation of CCTV, access control, perimeter detection, and associated security technologies across all Drax sites in the UK and overseas. As a Senior Security Systems Engineer, youll work proactively to identify vulnerabilities, support system resilience, and implement improvements that enhance overall security performance. Youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and contractors to deliver a stable, secure, and future ready security platform that supports both operational needs and regulatory requirements. This role will require travel to sites throughout the UK as required, and there may be times where youll be working away from home.
