CCP are delighted to be working with an exciting and well-established finance brand in Manchester City Centre, who are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to support continued growth within their high-performing sales operation.

£45,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £75,000+ with some earning closer to £90,000.) Location:

Manchester City Centre (On-site, flexibility to WFH on an ad-hoc basis) Working Hours:

Mon - Fri 9-6 (Expectations of working outside these hours where necessary) Experience Required:

Minimum 18 months' experience in a Sales Management role - managing Sales Team Managers.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, target-driven environment, requiring an experienced sales leader who can motivate, develop and inspire sales managers and their teams while consistently delivering strong commercial and customer outcomes.

The Role:

1. People Leadership Lead, motivate and engage Sales Managers to consistently perform at a high level through clear direction, coaching and accountability.

2. KPI & Performance Management Own and manage all sales KPIs, using performance data to identify trends, address gaps and drive consistent achievement of individual and team targets.

3. Coaching & Development Deliver targeted coaching and development to build capability, confidence and sustained performance across the team.

4. Hands-On Leadership Remain actively involved in day-to-day sales activity when required, balancing operational support with effective leadership oversight.

5. Collaboration & Culture Work closely with peers and stakeholders to foster a collaborative, high-performing and values-led sales environment.

6. Customer-Focused Selling Ensure sales activity is conducted with integrity, placing customer outcomes and long-term value at the heart of every decision.

About You

1.

Demonstrable experience leading a sales team, with at least 18 months in a Sales Management capacity - leading Sales Team Managers.

2.

A background in managing outbound or inbound sales teams within either B2B or B2C environments.

3.

A practical, results-led approach to leadership, with the ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals.

4.

Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse performance and take decisive action.

5.

Clear, confident communication skills and the credibility to positively influence team performance.

6.

A resilient, motivated mindset with the energy to lead in a target-driven culture.
