New Lifts to lead the sale of lift and escalator solutions across the Southern region. This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute sales professional who excels in complex, consultative sales environments. The Role As a senior member of the regional sales team, you will take ownership of delivering new lift and escalator sales against ambitious annual targets. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction value chain. Key Responsibilities Driving new business growth through strategic prospecting and consultative selling Managing the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to contract award Leading proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations Building senior-level client relationships and developing key accounts Maintaining accurate pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting Developing deep product, market, and competitor knowledge Providing market intelligence and feedback to support regional strategy Requirements
