Fella & Jones are partnered with a globally globally luxury fashion brand to appoint an Interim Senior Reward Manager for a 12-month contract during a key transition period.

This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, leading global reward, benefits, HR analytics and cost-controlling activity across a complex, international organisation.

The opportunity
Own and lead global compensation and benefits strategy
Deliver annual reward cycles, executive pay and LTI programmes
Drive HR budgeting, forecasting and analytics at scale
Act as the reward SME for Workday and HR systems
Influence senior leaders in a fast-paced, creative luxury environment
What we’re looking for
Senior reward expertise within fashion, consumer or similar industry.
Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience with Workday; Varicent a plus
Confident operating at pace during periods of change
