£80,000 - £90,000 + Benefits


Fella & Jones are partnered with a globally globally luxury fashion brand to appoint an Interim Senior Reward Manager for a 12-month contract during a key transition period.


This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, leading global reward, benefits, HR analytics and cost-controlling activity across a complex, international organisation.


The opportunity

  • Own and lead global compensation and benefits strategy
  • Deliver annual reward cycles, executive pay and LTI programmes
  • Drive HR budgeting, forecasting and analytics at scale
  • Act as the reward SME for Workday and HR systems
  • Influence senior leaders in a fast-paced, creative luxury environment

What we’re looking for

  • Senior reward expertise within fashion, consumer or similar industry.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience with Workday; Varicent a plus
  • Confident operating at pace during periods of change
