A leading regional firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Senior Associate to join its established Residential Property team. This is a role suited to someone already working within a recognised regional or City firm, handling high-value residential matters and ready to step into a more senior, influential position.


You won’t just be running files here. You’ll be helping shape the team, mentoring junior lawyers and playing a key role in maintaining the high standards the department is known for.


The opportunity


You’ll step into a well-resourced team handling premium residential property work across the South East, often acting for high-net-worth clients on complex, high-value transactions.

Expect to be involved in:


  • High-value freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Acting for HNW individuals on complex residential matters
  • Advising on registered and unregistered titles
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
  • Helping maintain best practice and technical standards across the team
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to long-term growth


You’ll be trusted to lead from the front while still having the support of experienced colleagues and strong internal systems.

About you


  • Senior Associate level Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Background in a recognised regional or City firm
  • Strong experience handling high-value residential property transactions
  • Confident mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
  • Professional, detail-focused and comfortable working with demanding clients
