Thesleff Group is seeking an excellent Senior Reservations Supervisor with a passion for hospitality and guest care. As a Senior Reservations Supervisor, youll be responsible for offering our restaurant guests impeccable service via our contact channels, including but not limited to phone and email, across restaurants that sit under Thesleff Group. You will be a champion for our brands and portray this in your communications to our guests. Youll be part of the team driving our reservations team through the expansion of our restaurants. Responsible for booking, converting and dealing with day-to-day guest queries via the telephone. Benefits include: Private Medical Health Insurance. Responsibilities: Supervise and support the reservations team in responding to incoming calls, emails and guest enquiries. Ensure the team meets SLAs set by the department head in line with brand quality and standards. Oversee the accurate and efficient input of reservations by the team. Maintain a professional and positive work ethic, and deliver excellent guest service on the phone & email to all guests. Maintain and share knowledge of sites, offerings, and company values. Lead by example in responding positively to any guests requests. Maximise business opportunities while maintaining a high level of guest experience. Handle escalated complaints/comments/issues from guests and report to management where appropriate. Be flexible in carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as per business needs. Work closely with the events team to pass on enquiries that cannot be accommodated by the reservations team but may be converted by events.
