The Team & Focus of the Role
Following recent successes in developing new work streams and increased workflows, Fisher German is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Surveyor to join our close-knit and client-driven team.

We are open to candidates with various backgrounds and experience levels. Ideally, applicants will have some experience or exposure to advising on energy, but we welcome individuals starting their careers or from different surveying disciplines interested in transitioning into this field.
This is a permanent, full-time position on a 37.5-hour contract (Monday - Friday). We operate a hybrid working policy and are flexible on working arrangements.

Duties will include:
Working closely with clients to:
- Identify suitable renewable energy systems
- Conduct feasibility audits, cost-benefit analyses, and develop strategies for green diversification
- Explore revenue and savings opportunities from clean energy
- Support green energy goals and projects
- Review commercial proposals to evaluate terms and safeguard assets
- Advise on green energy strategies
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting wider team activities such as tenders, reports, and networking
- Providing excellent client service
- Assisting other departments with multidisciplinary work
The successful candidate will have...
- Experience or knowledge of sustainability in the built environment and policies
- Experience with wind farms or traditional renewable energy
- Understanding of building energy performance
- Experience with carbon emissions reporting
- Background in renewable energy development or feasibility studies
- Property management or investment experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation (desirable)
- Financial modeling, energy efficiency, or renewables investment experience (desirable)
