We’re hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Glossop branch to help grow and develop a warm base of established, high-value clients. You’ll be joining an experienced team that works hard, supports each other, and gives you the space to build your own desk properly.

* £30,000 – £35,000 DOE (first year OTE £45K – £60K)

What will you be doing as a Senior Recruitment Consultant?
* Generating new business through proactive sales (phone, face-to-face, and networking)
* Building, developing, and managing your own client base
* Partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies
* Collaborating with the resourcing team to attract and engage high-quality candidates
* Working towards and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
What do you need?
* Previous experience in recruitment (essential)
* Strong business development and account management skills
* A results-driven mindset with a genuine motivation to earn and progress
* Experience in engineering or manufacturing (highly advantageous)
* Exposure to both temp and perm recruitment (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
