Ribbons & Reeves is a specialist education recruitment company based in Liverpool Street, London. Since our launch in 2020, we’ve grown rapidly to become the go-to partner for London schools hiring both contract and permanent staff.

We’re now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and build a long-term career with us. This role would suit an experienced education recruiter who knows how to bill successfully, can operate with a degree of independence, and lead by example within the team.

We currently have a choice of two desks, both covering prime central London territory. These desks offer exceptional potential and with Ribbons & Reeves, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy your work, achieve genuine success, and find fulfilment in your career.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced recruiters who bring energy, drive, and professionalism to the team. The ideal Senior Recruitment Consultant will:

• Have a proven track record of billing within education recruitment
• Be self-sufficient, proactive, and able to manage their own desk confidently
• Contribute positively to team culture and lead by example
• Be confident making sales calls, handling objections, and winning business
• Be comfortable creating engaging video and written content to support marketing efforts
• Show resilience and consistency in a fast-paced environment
• Be ambitious about growing their portfolio, earnings, and future leadership potential
