Feeling drained from working 5 days just to enjoy 2?

We are offering a true 4 day work week, no compressed hours, no gimmicks, a genuine extra day off every week with full pay. Work from home those 4 days unless you need to go and see a client or have an internal in person meeting.

We need a 360 Recruitment Consultant to build their own desk in a sector they know inside out. This remote role is supported by smart automation and AI tools, but candidates should be North West based for occasional in person meet ups with the founding team.

What is the Role?

This is not just about filling seats , it’s about finding a true partner. You will pitch a sector or niche you know well and show why it’s the right fit for you and the agency. Think of it as a chance to build something with autonomy, ownership, and support.

What You will Be Doing:-

- Full 360 recruitment: BD, sourcing, candidate management & closing

- Pitching and launching your own niche desk, your expertise is valued

- Using AI tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, and admin

- Delivering real value to both clients and candidates

- Helping shape the culture, systems, and growth strategy

- Attending regular in person catch ups in the North West (Preston area)

What is Required:-

- 3+ years in a 360 recruitment role

- Proven track record of billing and building a desk

- Strong sector knowledge with a clear pitch for your niche

- Self starter who thrives on autonomy and accountability

- Confidence in both new business and delivery

- UK based and living in or near the North West (Lancashire/Manchester/Cheshire etc.)

- Passion for recruitment, with a vision for doing things better
