What You’ll Do

• Drive business development across your chosen technical vertical.
• Expand services within existing clients while building new client relationships
• Leverage your network and market expertise to create new business opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight and tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with peers across SoCode to share knowledge and cross-sell opportunities.
• Begin taking on mentoring responsibilities as you develop toward a future leadership role.

• Proven experience as a recruiter within one or more of our core verticals.
• Ambition to progress into leadership, whether that’s mentoring, strategy, or eventually managing a team.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.

• Strong communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
