- Year 1 OTE £50k+ (top 360 billers earn £100k+ with uncapped commission)

The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Temp Desk)
You will:
- Own and grow a 360 temp recruitment desk
- Build relationships with schools, academies and MAT decision‑makers
- Convert new opportunities into consistent temp revenue
- Source, headhunt and interview candidates daily
- Fill high‑volume, short‑notice temp bookings with pace and accuracy
- Drive recruitment sales via cold calls, client visits and account development
- Meet weekly KPIs and revenue targets
- Work with compliance to clear candidates efficiently
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced in school holidays)
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant (education or any fast‑paced sector)
- Proven track record running a 360 temp desk
- High‑activity, sales‑driven and relationship‑focused
- Resilient, proactive and motivated to progress
